Intelligence Capability Development Liaison Officer

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing and 100% employee-owned company, is seeking an embedded Liaison Officer (LNO) to be part of a rapidly growing team focused on advancing Army Intelligence.
The successful candidate will serve a Liaison to the Intelligence Capability Development and Integration Directorate (ICDID) at Fort Huachuca, AZ, and will bring to bear maturity, vision, and the ability to forge relationships and initiate robust collaboration on behalf of the ISR Task Force.
The successful candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a proven self-starter, capable of working both independently and with a team.
Importantly, this role will require a consummate professional who values diplomacy over assertiveness and collaboration above competition.
Principle Duties:
Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with Key Stakeholders at the ICDID and the larger Fort Huachuca enterprise of organizations supporting Army Intelligence.
Provide recommendations to Senior Army Leadership, and proactively seek to execute learning objectives across the Army intelligence enterprise.
Define, document, analyze, and interpret emerging concepts and doctrine that impact Army modernization systems.
Examples include the Army Intelligence Data Platform, TITAN, HADES, Terrestrial Layer System as well as existing systems in the Army inventory.
Develop relevant operational scenario information as needed to support these concepts and provide review and provide support to technical team members.
Actively engage with customer on all demonstration, prototyping and operational activities, and deliver key insights on planning, testing and employment; connect intra and inter organizational partners and complimentary offices and technologies from across the intelligence community.
Accumulate and integrate testing, prototyping and operationalizing lessons learned from deployment planning, unit certification and exercise / forward-area deployments into test and exercise events.
Required Skills Develop strong professional networks in the national security sector and across traditional and non-traditional Innovation Centers, helping solve critical challenges Knowledge of the Army Intelligence Enterprise, including the Army G2, INSCOM, FORSCOM and the Army Futures Command.
Able to perform exploratory analysis and research, and present results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to succinctly describe complex technical scenarios in simple, easily understood terms.
Strong analytic, inferential, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills Interface with customer and associated organizations (NSA, NGA, NGIC, AFC) and non-traditional R&D sources (DEVCOM/C5ISR, PEO IEWS, DARPA, ARL) to inform technology development.
Candidates must be able to travel CONUS or OCONUS as required for mission support.
Active TS/SCI clearance Required Experience Requires a BS degree with 8
years of relevant experience or 6
years with an MS and demonstrated ability to manage variable workloads and shifting priorities Extensive experience developing networks of influence, obtaining stakeholder buy-in and compellingly articulating value propositions Relevant knowledge and experience in the Army Intelligence Enterprise mission to advance modernization initiatives for the intelligence supporting the Army of 2030 and looking to the Army of 2040 EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled Recommended Skills Analytical Communication Creative Problem Solving Critical Thinking Customer Value Proposition Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
