Responsibilities of the Program Manager Supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals.
Providing direct support care.
Support, Assist, and Teach individuals with developmental disabilities daily living skills.
Report any concerns about health and safety and keeping documentation accurate and up-to-date.
Use effective teaching and mentoring techniques to work with the people we support as they learn new skills and achieve goals.
Requirements of the Program Manager High school or equivalent Current Arizona driver license; Must qualify as driver for AIRES insurance Must be at least 21 years of age Must have the ability to successfully pass background check with Arizona Central Registry, Arizona Adult Protective Services and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Pass AIRES training Good physical stamina and the ability to safely stand, pivot, and move up to 40 pounds in order to transfer people are required Basic computer proficiency Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with staff members and the individuals we support.
