Seeking a Software Support person who is a highly motivated self-starter experienced with working with diverse teams and who has or can get within 90 days of employment a secret clearance.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to work with and support several high profile software development teams who are developing testing tools used to evaluate Warfighter systems. The position requires close collaboration with software developers, customers, and supervisors to test and provide detailed written and verbal feedback on the developed software. The candidate will be asked to develop software-related documentation such as test procedures, help documentation, and software version documents, provide technical support for the developed software and associated hardware, perform laboratory demonstrations, support processing and analyzing data using the developed software, support the configuration management process, and support the equipment purchase and tracking processes.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to perform well under pressure on multiple high-priority tasks, able to deal with changing priorities within tight deadlines, very results oriented, able to follow, process, and analyze assigned tasks, comfortable working in a small development group to produce quality products, and able to follow assigned tasks through to completion with supervision. This position requires traveling up to 25% of the time. Qualifications:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Associate's degree in a related field
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ 2 years Information Technology experience with Microsoft Windows technology
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ 1 year experience resolving issues surrounding application installation and usage
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Intermediate Microsoft Office 2010 (or later) tool suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Experience supporting Configuration Management best practices
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Strong multitasking abilities
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Superb organization and communication skills
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Extremely detail-oriented
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Document creation/technical writing experience
Desired Qualifications:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ 2+ years experience resolving issues surrounding application installation and usage

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
