Engility is seeking a Program Manager and Site Lead for Sierra Vista, AZ. Supported missions, customers, and systems include Post Deployment Software Support/Post Production Software Support (PDSS/PPSS), CECOM IFSD, JITC, the Distributed Common Ground Station-Army, and field support engineering for selected C3 systems. Responsibilities include management of project technical efforts, schedule, costs and Profit & Loss. Technical efforts managed include systems and Software engineering, development, integration, acceptance testing, quality assurance, configuration management, web development, Cyber Security, Information Assurance, replication and distribution, Certification & Accreditation, training, interoperability testing, and other miscellaneous support.
The successful candidate will be directly responsible for meeting business objectives, providing overall planning, budget planning and performance, developing statements of work, scoping, pricing, managing project execution, new employee hiring decisions, and customer interface for all supported organizations and systems.
The PM is responsible for the production of the technical work products, reports and deliverables for this effort as well as overall customer satisfaction. The PM will manage a multi-disciplinary work force composed of systems and software engineers, architects, finance, contracts, and subcontracts performing technical planning, development, integration, testing, and system accreditation. The PM will also manage cost, schedule, and risk for all assigned/supported systems and develop new business opportunities.
The PM will manage proposal development, capture strategy, and teaming activities for all follow-on efforts in this business area.
BS degree and 10 years experience directly related to Intelligence Fusion Systems, e.g. DCGS-A;
Experience with CECOM Software Engineering Center (SEC) customer interface;
Proven experience personally managing post production software life-cycle development efforts;
Demonstrated success with multi-functional teams that include engineering, production, system test, field testing, field deployment, training, and logistics support;
Good communications skills are a must especially writing proposals, presentations, statements of work and project plans and reports;
Technical Writing Skills to include Proposals, Statements of Work, Reports;
Presentation Skills to customers, suppliers and management;
Top SECRET Security Clearance and ability to qualify for TS/SCI within six months.
MS Engineering or Computer Science;
PMP certification.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
