Key Role:
Develop emerging space-based tactical exploitation of national capabilities (TENCAP) requirements and concepts for a US Army client. Provide support for exploiting the current and future tactical potential of national space systems and integrate these capabilities into operational military decision-making by developing future military intelligence system requirements, implementing a Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) approach to developing concepts as part of the Army's Force 2025 and supporting ICoE concepts and requirements. Work with a diverse team of defense professionals and functional experts in multiple intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT, SIGINT, or TECHINT. Research, analyze, develop, document, and integrate military intelligence concepts and sensor capabilities to support the development and staffing of JCIDS documents, including doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) analysis, whitepapers, capabilities-based assessments (CBA), initial capability documents (ICDs), capability development documents (CDDs), and capability production documents (CPDs). Prepare these documents and supporting briefing packages using Microsoft Office products. Interact frequently with senior military and government personnel and other contractors.
Basic
Qualifications:
-8 years of experience in active military service with Army Military Intelligence TENCAP or similar military intelligence operations in the Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, or national-level agencies
-Experience with the JCIDS process, the development and staffing of documents, and requirements determination
-Experience with writing and analytics
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of emerging ISR technologies, particularly the exploitation and tactical use of national and commercial space systems and like capabilities
-Knowledge of remote sensing systems operations, data products, and information processing and metadata analysis techniques
-Knowledge of military or commercial space operations and concepts to support military intelligence operations
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
