Certified Rural Health Clinic--Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner - Sierra Vista, AZ (Loan Repayment Eligible Location)
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work in a Rural Health Clinic affiliated with a well respected hospital in Southern Arizona. The Provider will be working in an established clinic with physician and provider support on-site. The Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8:
00am-5:
00pm with an estimated volume of 20 patients per day. The patient mix would include all age ranges from Pediatrics to Geriatrics and the provider would manage routine, acute and chronic conditions. The Provider can anticipate a base salary range of $85,000-$110,000
(Depending Upon Experience) with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental and Retirement Plan. Additionally, the Clinic qualifies as rurally underserved and is an NHSC eligible site for Federal Loan Repayment ($30,000 per year of service). There is a signing bonus and Relocation Allowance as well that is negotiable based on the Providers needs.
