Facility Coordinator at Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative Sierra Vista, AZ
SSVEC is currently seeking applicants to fill the position of Facility Coordinator.
The successful candidate will provide excellent service to customers and the cooperative by providing coordination and support of work performed by an outside janitorial service.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Grounds keepingFleet servicesCustodial supervisionSupply orderingMaintain PPE inventoryTracking and updating facility work orders Minimum educational requirements are a High school diploma/GED and three years' experience in facility maintenance to include janitorial services, landscape, and fleet cleaning services.
One year experience in maintaining fire extinguishers and first aid, and a valid Arizona driver's license is required.
All offers of employment are contingent on passing preemployment drug screen, criminal and driving background checks, and employment reference checks.
