For Sale: 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle SS in Sierra Vista, Arizona for sale in Sierra Vista, AZ

Vehicle Description Real #138 numbers matching survivor Chevelle SS for sale by its second senior owner.
It has only been on the market once since originally purchased NEW in 1968 by a 57 year old widow from Kentucky.
I am the 76 year old, second owner, who purchased it 33 years ago, the car then having about 76k careful miles It is fully documented with original and rebuilt 396/325 motor & TH400 transmission.
Posi traction 3:
07 rear end and most other features are original; including padded dash (no cracks), exhaust manifolds, factory points type distributer, radiator, factory floor mats, and perfectly functioning Delco AM radio.
Paint code F Island Teal Metallic with Parchment bucket seat interior.
The motor and transmission were professionally rebuilt in 1998 at about 80k miles.
I specified that a 350hp Chevrolet cam be used for the engine rebuild because the cam is the only materiel difference between Chevrolet's 325 & 350 hp versions.
I later added an aluminum manifold but kept the original cast iron manifold.
The exhaust system was replaced in 1990 and I added a crossover pipe & tail pipe tips in 2017.
But, the original configuration of the car, is basically alive and well preserved.
The very few and minor changes I've made have only made it a better car.
Current mileage is approximately 85k original miles, always garaged, and has never been in an accident.
The mileage is genuine, and easily verified by service records.
The photos show the car as it is, without being detailed, and with original underside patina.
The car was repainted to a show quality standard (original color) approximately 33 years ago.
With the exception of a couple of recent chip touchups, it remains in very good condition.
The cowl tag, protecto plate, engine stamping, and broadcast sheet (AKA build sheet/tank sticker) all confirm that this is, without question, a genuine 138 Supersport model.
The additions to the car, after my purchse have been minimal and were also available as factory options.
This car is a near identical twin to the one I had ordered while in Viet Nam.
The factory broadcast sheet confirms the following original equipment:
L35 396, TH400 transmission, tinted glass, power steering, power (drum) brakes, vinyl top, bucket seats (parchment), Island Teal metallic code F, 3:
07 positraction, AM radio, bumper guards and padded dash.
The car runs and drives the same as when it was new and delivered in 1968.
The photos show the car as I own and drive it.
This car's documentation is excessive and easily verifiable.
